A Customer: Customers are the most important visitors on our premises. They are not dependent on us - we are dependent on them. They are not outsiders in our business - they are part of it. We are not doing them a favor by serving them - they are doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so.
Insurance is a pain in the neck and for the layman difficult to understand. It's one of those things I've rarely had to "use" (thankfully), but having someone like you and your agency to call when an issue comes up is a huge benefit.
